With 26 years' experince in the culinary arts, Silvio Carreiro spent 12 years as a restaurant chef before transitioning to the residential care culinary field. As Director of Food Services, his goal at The Ellis Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is to achieve and maintain the highest quality of dining services possible. "We strive to make EVERY meal that leaves our kitchen our BEST meal...and we believe the key to success is keeping our lines of communication open to all of our customers and delivering high quality food in a home-like setting."
